Shrimp Dinner

Was a bit surprised when I received the package and saw how small the container was, but it was no problem because the quality of the food made up for it.

Pros- I like that they dont dissolve and muck the water.Cons-Not food for shrimplets.Now that I have a large colony of shrimp, they inhale this food and it doesnt last a day.Dont buy for a new colony, you are wasting your money though. A colony of just a few shrimp dont need it. Stick to Bactor AE which is much more useful. Once you get 50 or 100 shrimp, then feed this food.

None of my Amano nor my RCS will eat it. The only thing interested in it, sometimes, are otto cats. The basic Hikari bottom feeder pellets work best for me. It's practically a shrimp fight each time they're dropped. This stuff though, garbage.

This food is probably great for shrimp. Unfortunately, I can’t use it. It has an overwhelmingly strong sent of human feces. The first time I fed my shrimp it I could not figure out what happened to the room. I actually started looking for poo. I have tried to continue to feed it intermittently at odd hours so I won’t be in that room, but the shrimp don’t seem very interested in it and the smell is toooooo bad to continue. I will wait until trash day so it doesn’t stink the trash up, because I like the bottle and want to wash it out and keep it. I would strongly recommend buying a different food. My shrimp love tetra pro tropical crisps and have thrived on it. I tried getting more specialized food, but they seem to like that stuff.
