Not my first mandoline, and I definitely like this one. It has a good, sturdy feel, and I love that you dial the thickness of the slices or julienne. The safety grip thing is much better than my last one (it actually grips the food!) and having scraped my knuckles on blades before, that and the included gloves are really helpful.It's pretty big, but folds up pretty flat, so I stash it with my cutting boards. It rinses clean pretty easily, so I didn't even use the cleaning brush that came with it.I like it.

I absolutely love this slicer! I was so sick of cutting veggies on my chopping board and needed to create some new recipes using different shapes of vegetables. It is so much more fun to cook now. I would highly recommend this product if you want precise cuts and a sturdy tool added to your kitchen.

I like this mandolin, I was scared of it at first, but you get the cut resistant gloves with it which I also use when I clean the blade

Works very well, a sturdy product, easy to use and clean. I've used a traditional Japanese slicer for years, this one is much safer and easier to use!

I had purchased a different mandolin prior to this one. It is nice not to change out blades. I have not used the Julienne mode yet, anxious to try it

This is my first mandoline slicer. This product is wonderful! I like the inclusion of the cut resistant gloves, because they help me feel safer using it.The blades are nice and sharp, they cuts things easily. The folding legs are sturdy and great for saving space when storing. Overall, easy to clean under running water.

Arrived today, I went right to work and sliced 2 pineapples in record time all the same and they are in the dehydrator.Think I will be very happy with my purchase.
