great product comes with easy installation
received my keypad lock and the package is very plain and simple, opens up it has all the parts in it and also come with an installation manual. took about half hour to get this installed onto my door. the key set up is also very easy, similar to other keypad locks that I have installed before. recommended and very solid finishing on the material.

Great lock, seems well built.
Product installed easily and I have never installed any door knob of any sort.Key pad works great, love that it lights up when u hit a key.Also very easy to use the included key if needed.Seems to be a very solid unit.I would surely buy it again.

The Key is not Usable
I just received the new door lock; I didn't even remove it from the packaging.Upon looking through the instructions, I find that the key -- which is for if one forgets their code or the batteries are dead -- can only be used if you have a small hex key / alan wrench in your pocket or you run to a store to purchase one, as you must use it to remove the handle to access the keyhole.I have since returned the lock. The seller tells me they only have a few of this model in clearance left, and they are working with their designers to improve its functionality.

Very heavy duty key lock !
This is my first time purchase a key lock which I never want to use it before I will give it a try this time. Also Very surprised this key lock are very heavy duty!
