Scent Crusher Series I (Silver) Generator Vehicle Plug-in Replacement Power Cord

Ordered this as a replacement for a defective black charger. Light comes on but does not turn on Scent Crusher Ozone bagHad same problem with unit that came with bag. They sent me a new one and it worked but the second time I used it the end that plugs into 12v outlet fell off.Ordered this as replacement it doesn’t work Bag works fine with 110 volt unit. Not sure what difference is in the white and black unit. Now Scent Crusher want return postage to send back third defective unit. Still don’t have 12v unit that works.
