Damaged in transit
This product was delivered by royal mail. When i took off the packaging the tube had been crushed at the end and had unraveled along its length. Hardly a 'strong quality' product as advertised.

Plastic caps!
I ordered these with the intention of having plastic free mailing tubes yet they came with Plastic caps not like shown in the picture or the FAQ answers.... Still good quality tubes and fast postage, seems a waste to not use them though it would have been nice to know beforehand

The caps were in fact PLASTIC and not card as advertised,
The tubes are advertised as having a cardboard cap, but in fact they have 2 plastic caps.Otherwise good.

Really nice quality tubes
Ordered a lot of these over the last 12 months (1500+) and they are great. Customers love them and I love the fact they don't contain any plastic bits. Thanks!
