As I keep a habit to review each and all items that I got from Amazon. Not except to this one. As official side suggest edit. Here is my rewrite. Hopefully, this would work.I am an international marketing consultant. So, for me, I need to travel a lot and encounters many places where their charger have problem. And thats why I got this item. 4 points worth its praise, 1 loss point.1. It can basically help you travel worldwide. EU/China/JAPAN, Other Asian countries, Mexico, USA 2/3Pins, Australia, it could adapt to all ports you may imagine in any countries. For myself, I travel to HK which follows EU(UK) way, 2Pin+1 Landline part, to China, PRC, 2Pin in standard and S.A for business development. This one for all. Decent job.2. Great build quality and craftmanship generally. Quality Plastic used here, I feel it like GFRP or other premium plastic, feels good.3. Seriously 2000W support, I encountered some adapter claims they can fit to 2000W but failed in 300W. This one, do not worry. It does works.Con:1. Really, I would say it is a little pricey. But, whatever, cheap is cheap. Good thing do not come with a low price.I would recommend it to most folks who need to travel a lot. Hopefully, this review would make sense to you.

The company that sells this item is seriously on top of things. They do a thorough job of listening to customers, following reviews, and finding solutions for both sides to be happy. I changed my review to a 5 star because of this customer service.---------original review--------------Device overheats quickly when charging a tablet or anything bigger then a smartphone. otherwise everything else works good. Just not at once. You cannot use the USB chargers and the 120v at the same time. There's a small switch and you have to choose only one. But it handles more power/ gives out more power then other adaptors. And no failures as of this dates with two weeks of continuous use. Just the overheating and inconvenience of either ac or USB.

I purchased this product to use while traveling in Africa. However, for some reason the prongs I needed to use in one location would not fully extend. When I returned, I e-mailed this supplier (BonanzaDirect) and informed them about the problem. Within just a few minutes I got a reply from Ann that they would be happy to replace the product, and all I needed to do was provide my mailing address. After providing her the information, I then got another e-mail the same day informing me the item had been shipped and would be delivered two days later! Now THAT is service--thanks to Ann! I highly recommend BonanzaDirect and will definitely buy from them again!

I can't honestly review this product because I haven't used it yet. I got it for my son's trip to Europe, but he doesn't leave until May so he hasn't been able to use it yet. I love the size - small. Love that everything is contained on the cube. I think this will work perfectly, but like I said, it hasn't been used yet. I can review it once he returns from his adventure.

I contacted the Seller prior to my trip to ask if it would work in Jordan for charging my iphone and using a small travel blow dryer and the Seller replied immediately and said YES ....... and sure enough - it worked and I had no issues ! I'm very happy with this product and the customer service they provide. It's also great that this device works in so many countries as I plan to travel more and now having this device is peace of mind for my travel needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product, and if you're not sure about something email the Seller.

Right out of the box, I was amazed by how small this is! It's absolutely great for traveling. I like how all the plugs are clearly visible on top, as shown in second picture and how you can only open one plug at a time. I'm a little confused with what converter and adapter/usb modes are, or why that switch is essential, but it's not a big deal. Now I can travel to the UK, Australia/New Zealand, Europe, or China without worrying about if I will be able to charge my phone! Overall, very durable and high quality, nice matte black color, well done!

I took this to Italy so I could use my crimper/waver. I checked the specs and all was compatible. It was not low wattage. Unfortunately it blew it up. Was very disappointed. Too late to return.UPDATE: This company read my review and reached out and inquired of my crimper, and sent me a new converter and information. This is amazing customer service. I would definitely buy from them again, and reach out with questions beforehand. I changed my original one star to 5 stars for their support!

It worked for me to plug in my USB rather than the adapter for charging my devices. However, the main problem I had with mine was that it didn't want to stay on the adapter for Italy's outlets. Whenever I attempted to plug it in, the weight of the converter would just cause the adapter to go back in. A friend and I had to struggle to get it at an angle where it's own weight wouldn't push the adapter part down but somehow stay plugged in. I ended up having to buy another adapter for my iPhone and leave the converter at home untouched so that I didn't have to struggle with repositioning.
