Q: What type of head band is on the interior?

The interior head band is cloth.

Q: do these hats fit true to size? i have some hats that are 7 5/8 and some 7 3/4 but thats two different size hats on here.

Pretty much so. I had some issues getting the correct size I ordered at first. I assume they were just miss marked.Once I got the hat size I ordered it fit perfectly. Hope this helps.

Silver Canyon uses high quality Australian wool in their hats. Wool varies by quality and generally, lower quality, less expensive wool needs to be thicker to hold its shape and to be durable which means the hat is also heavier than hats made of Australian wool. These lower quality wool hats can become uncomfortable when worn for long periods of time. We believe Silver Canyon wool hats being priced similarly to many other wool hats provides outstanding value. The Australian wool allows Silver Canyon to make a hat that is durable, good looking and light which makes Silver Canyon wool hats very comfortable at all times regardless if you wear the hat for only an hour or for the entire day.
