Okay Lights Which Give Off a Somehwat Orange Light And Are Expensive
These were recommended by the guy who built my deck and probably would not have been my first choice. They have been installed for about three years now I have had to replace about a quarter of them each year. My biggest complaint is that they give off a really orangeish light. Solved that problem to a certain extent by staining right over them with the weathered gray stain I use on my deck. They are expensive and I am not all that thrilled with them so I will be switching them out for something different this year.

They Work But $$$$
I had these lights installed with my new TimberTech deck several years ago. Every one of these lights failed over time and so I decided to spend the money to at l least get half of them working again. The new version of these lights appear to be better constructed, but time will tell if their premium price is justified. For now, I will offer a mediocre review primarily because of price but will change my ratings if theyβre still functional over time.

Over priced and poorly designed
I had a Timbertech deck installed about five years ago. The deck itself is wonderful and looks the same as the day it was finished. I have the lights on top of the posts and the riser lights for the steps and have had no problem with these at all. The disappointment has to do with the in-deck accent lights. I have had to replace about a third of them every year. They cost over $45 a piece and are nuisance to replace as it requires crawling under the deck and essentially rewiring the whole system each year. They are poorly made as mentioned in the previous reviews and tend to fall apart easily. There are better, WAY cheaper alternatives to be found. I have replaced the whole mess of them this year with SMY in deck lights. They connect with each other end-to-end so wiring is not necessary. I got a whole 20-pack for $52. I also bought a pack of extensions because a few of the lights were far enough apart to warrant this. It worked beautifully. I got the remote too, which I love. SMY lights will fit into the previously drilled holes as well.

4 out of 8 failed over 6 months at $40 each and having to rewire making this a nightmare.

Marginal quality
Overpriced and undervalued. One light out of 8 has already failed in less than 2 weeks.
