Published in 2016, so screenshots and procedures exactly match the software. Almost 400 pages, reading this will get you going far faster than parsing through the Zoho online help system.Step by step instructions for virtually everything you can do on the system, Index and TOC are flawless plus there is an extensive roster of procedures indexed by page number-perfect for your yellow highlighter. Over the years, I have written a bunch of documentation, so I can appreciate what a monumental task this must have been. Newbies or experienced users, an excellent use of $40, will save you hours live chat with the folks over in Chennai, India.

A fantastic book on Zoho CRM - thorough, well organized, plain talking, spiral bound so it lays flat, and a great value. I'm going to recommend it to all of my customers. Better yet, I'm going to feature it in an upcoming email campaign. Better than that, I'll going to buy some for stock and give them as a thank-you to my favorite clients! I've been a partner for 4 years and I'm learning to Tips, Tricks & Techniques from the book. And Susan based the book on the brand new Zoho CRM 2016 Look 'n Feel - the most significant enhancement to date that puts Zoho CRM Lightning years ahead of the competition.

Ok this is a great step my step reference guide - but Zoho has so many extras I wish Susan would also write a guide covering them as well..

You won't be digging around for ages to find the answer to that question you had, but find them at your fingertips.This book is a wonderful supplement to the very powerful Zoho CRM by explaining how to use it better than anything else I've seen.Highly recommend!

Comprehensive with what Zoho help guides don't give you, and that is real world examples of how to use the software.

Really useful reference guide and teaches you everything that the programme can do. Only downside is that it is not printed / nor can you buy a printed version. As much as I love technology there is nothing better than a printed book to refer to.
