Yes you can use them. Took my about 5 minutes to install. Make sure that you cut the metal wires that hold the ear muffs in place on the headset instead of ripping them out, because there is a groove that you will damage if you do.

Anyone measured the inner diameter of the plastic attachment arms?

No, but I took them off and used the ones on my headset cause these had an different mounting ring that was a bit weak

Will they work with a team Wendy helmet?

I do not believe so. Team Wendy uses a different rail system. I believe they only work with the arc rail system.

Will they mount on picatinny rail?

No, these attach/slide on directly via the ARC rails. No picatinny rail attachment is required for mounting.
