Good for the Price, But...
I really want to like these earbuds. They were priced below the expensive earbuds with name brands, and have a nice case (wireless charging) and fit my ear. The sound is ok, but the buds tend to move around a bit and I have to push them back in often. The battery life is marginal (couple of hours), although the case will fast charge them about 3-4 times between recharging the case. When I first tried them, the left and right buds wouldn't sync. I looked online and found reviews that gave some hints, and finally they paired and synced. Sometimes, the right bud will drop out. Not sure what's the cause, but it's infrequent enough that I blame it on the phone. The left seems to stay connected most of the time. I find they work well for walking, but for fast run, I fear they will fall out. Not sure how to fix that as I'm using the larger cup in my ear canal. I give them a 3 because they are 'ok'.Update: Not long after I posted this review, the left bud went totally dead. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't connect. I contacted Cobble, and they provided some helpful hints, but nothing would bring it back from the dead. They cheerfully sent me a replacement pair... but the new pair has issues with the right bud continually losing contact with the left. I think it is all related to linking, as when I run in Cobble R only (leaving the L bud in the case), it never drops out. The problem is so bad that it makes them unusable as a pair. Cobble again has cheerfully offered to replace the replacement set. They will arrive in the next couple of days and I'll find out if maybe my head is too dense for the buds to communicate through, or I just got 2 bad sets of buds...

Horrible non-functioning Buttons and Sound
Got these a month ago, all seemed to work well until I got into the woodworks of things. Biggest Issue: Buttons don't work, they only stop and play music but nothing else, no double tap for volume no hold for 3/5 seconds to change tracks NOTHING! 2nd issue: When they pair, they pair individually and not as one unit, there is no master control unit to pair to each other so on your device you see Cobble L and Cobble R and this causes "Dual BT Audio" to trigger and I believe this confuses the phone or something to possibly cease button or communication functionality/button response. Very unfortunate to say the least! Audio quality is mediocre at best and forget answering calls, not a single person in any setting could hear me, no matter the environment! 3rd issue: (May not be a big issue to some) depending on your usage they're on constant standby mode so they pair quicker BUT this drains the battery significantly and there is absolutely no indicator or app to know what your battery status is so you end up at the gym or office with dead earbuds when you come to use them! 4th issue: They cut out constantly, even with the phone 3 feet away, in and out or connection, I ask myself this is BT 5.0? Hmm... Did I get a bad unit? Maybe, problem is the 1st 3 weeks they worked fine and I wanted to give them a fair chance, but now they're dead/dead, unusable. Hey, it was worth a shot at under $40, but you get what you pay for, it sounded jam-packed with goodness at this price point but I got jam-packed junk. Maybe a firmware update would fix this because it all started when Samsung dished out Android 9.0 Pie so MAYBE this is the culprit? I'd be happy to hear back from the manufacturer and work with them and happily update this review, IF they contact me on my complaint! I'm waiting...

Nice Buds - Unreliable Quality
The product has no tamper seal and has elements that could easily be replaced by the seller. These are some nice earbuds by cobble - but from my experience and from what I can tell from others - these earbuds are not worth the gamble that you'll get shipped a functional pair.Headphones were great - better sound and comfort than any of the 10 - 20$ Bluetooth headsets your probably accustom to buying. The charging case is wireless, well built, and (non)functional. This is the crux of the problem. From nearly every review I've seen - there seems to be a problem with the case not charging the headphones or eventually one of the headphones getting to a state where it can't be charged. The case I got never charged the buds, reported full charge, and would not charge wirelessly for more then a short time. Also - trying to charge other devices never produced anything.Really great earbuds if you could get them direct from cobble. However - there is no tamper seal, yet the sleeve over the box was torn - leading me to believe I had gotten some repackaged merch. These headphones are built-down to a price and can give you what you want/pay for - yet there is some considerable trust you have to gift them; your better off finding something at Wal-Mart, Target or Best Buy if you don't have the money for name-brand buds or the time to field multiple returns to get a good pair.Good luck!

Amazing product with a great case
Unlike most earbuds these fit in my ears. Although the rubber piece on the end cannot be changed out with any other rubber piece from any other earbud because they're all too thick to fit in the case, the ones that come with fit in the ear well. They connect with my phone extremely well (I have a Motorola one action and have had problems with Bluetooth connection in the past) they exceeded my expectations for such a low price. Also the charging case is excellent! This is probably the best part of the product. But the price I was expecting a cheap plasticy case but instead received a very nice small leather case that can double as a battery for your phone. Beat that.
