Love. Love. Love this product. Gives great amount of energy and appetite suppression. Also a great mood enhancer. Use in the morning and early afternoon. Would not recommend using anytime after 2pm as could interfere with sleep patterns.

Tastes chemical to me
The first sip of it was not bad but then left a terrible taste behind. So if this product works or not I will never know as I cannot get over the grossness of the flavor. Maybe try a different one. This one, in my opinion, should be avoided!
