"Ahara Rasa" (Ah-hah-rah Ruh-Sah) means "the essence of food" in Sanskrit. It is the end product of good digestion and the subtle energy derived from your food, rather than the mass itself. Lovely flavor and consistency
I love brown butter ghee, but not all brands are top notch. This one, however, is second to none. It's got such a lovely and toasty flavor, and the consistency is so smooth.I have purchased many brown butter ghee products over the past couple of years. This one may be my favorite of all. I highly recommend it.

Best Brown Butter I've Found
I like brown butters that are organic from grass-fed animals. I've bought five or six different brands over the years, some are somewhat bland while others, like this one, are 5-stars on flavor and creamy consistency. I buy the larger size and keep it in the refrigerator, but keep a small amount in a separate container at room temperature for spreadability. I haven't used it in cooking, only for toast -- it's awesome.By far, this is the best I've had so far. It's on the higher end of the price scale, but well worth it.

Ahara Rasa Brown Butter Organic Ghee
Tastes wonderful...BUT, true ghee should be an OIL and NOT a solid! The solids contain animal fat which negates the health benefits of ghee over butter. I am looking for ghee oil with ghee flavor, and am finding only solids in jars, which is NOT true Indian ghee.Now, after a few months it has gone rancid and I had to throw it away.

Delicious and better priced than any others
We have used original styles of ghee for a while now, so I thought it was time to try a different flavor. I love brown butter so we thought we'd give it a try. This was the cheapest version of brown butter ghee we could find, and it is safe to say we made the right choice (without being able to compare). We love the flavor, and while it is still a lot more expensive than regular flavored ghee, I would make the purchase again.

Great ghee!
Exactly what ghee should taste like! I use it in everything... bulletproof coffee, baking, straight up on toast, you name it. I also received a sample packet with my order which was really nice.

I really like this product, it would be better in a box as well as wrapped securely.
The ghee arrived leaking and the top was dented on one side.
