I have been using Fire In Me paint brushes since COVID literally stopped all outside activities! At that time I began working on building plastic models as a way to spend my time! And so, I started acquiring the necessary tools and supplies! One of the most important tools to work with are the paint brushes! And after multiple tries I finally landed on The Fire In Me Brand! And I must say that they have been the best brushes that I have used! They are a great value for your money and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great set of brushes! I have no reason to look any further than The Fire In Me brand! 5 Star plus! Give them a try - you won’t be sorry! And their customer service is exceptional!

I paint miniatures, and these are excellent for the price point, much better than the similarly-priced blue ones. The bristles hold shape pretty well and there's a good variety in the package. They don't fork easily and I've been using the same medium layer brush for about 30 models. The fine detail brush is a little too soft IMO, it doesn't really want to apply paint that isn't super thin (like unreasonably thin), but everything else has been great.These are not a replacement for high-end brushes, but are inexpensive, get the job done, and seem like they will last a long time. Definitely worth a few extra dollars when choosing a cheap brush brand.

Since I'm on my third set of "Fire in me" paint brushes I thought its probably time I share my thoughts. I paint miniatures with these brushes. I started painting minis in 2017, my first set of brushes was cobbled together from various paint sets, they got the job done and I was happy. I did not know that good brushes help me paint better until I received my first set of these brushes on xmas 2018. I'm extremely hard on my brushes, I beat them up, I will take the best brush I have and Dry Brush a bunch minis with them. I clean my brushes by rubbing the paint out at the bottom of a cup filled with water. I want better habits but the above happens more often than not when I paint, however these brushes manged to stay up through most of the abuse. Eventually they will give out, but before that happens your probably gonna paint some great things with these brushes. I'm on my Third set because I love these brushes, and my son is equally hard on the brushes. Although I don't have much to compare them to, I would still recommend these brushes if your painting minis.Note: The rounds in the set are king you can paint whole army with size 3 and 2 (I pretty much did that), don't sleep on on the angle brush, its a work horse especially if your painting horses that you already glued to the base. I have not really found a use for all the flat brushes when painting mins, But size 0 flat brush is one of the best dry brushes in the set if you don't mind killing it in the process. Go a little easy on size 0 round if you can, its really good catching those small details on the mins, after each set I wish I was a little easier on that guy.

My husband is model car builder and he was just thrilled with these little paint brushes - he says they are small enough to really be able to paint fine detail on the model cars he builds - say they are stiff enough and soft enough in all the right spots of the brush to be able to finely paint various details on the vehicles - says they clean up nice also. Will definitely repurchase this brand for future projects!!! Made a very nice Christmas present - and he was really happy - he could not wait to use them and he was painting a build he was working on not even an half hour after all the gifts were opened!!! HAHAHA So great to get a gift for someone that they love and will use!!!! mo911

I waited to paint a few minis before writing this review. So far I've painted about 7 minis with these brushes and unfortunately they are starting to fray. I am able to reshape the brush, but it has to be done fairly often which sucks especially since they are advertised to not fray.I will be buying better brushes in a few weeks, but for now they work.

I recently had surgery and my brother is one of the people staying with me so to repay him back, I bought him these brushes for the miniatures that he paints and he absolutely loves them. He says he can paint even smaller details better than before - and he can. He has shown me two miniatures, one before the new paint brushes and one after and the difference is amazing.Definitely recommend these!
