These look so phenomenal that I’m giving them four stars even though installing them was a serious pain. As other reviewers have said, installation is NOT intuitive, and there are no instructions. I was ready to do some gorilla glue handiwork when my husband intervened and figured it out: you have to unscrew the inner screw from the gold button in order to attach it. The problem is the inner screw does not act like it’s supposed to unscrew, so you have to seriously finesse it to get it out. They also hang a bit loosely once they’re installed... but again, the end product is so attractive that they’re worth it. It would be great if their engineering could be improved or, at the very least, some instructions were included.

Regarding the hardware issue people previously mentioned: the piece you are looking for is part of the gold hexagon! It took me a minute to figure it out, but the threader that’s secures the hexagon to the pull just has to be unscrewed from the inside of the cap. I was able to do so with my finger easily. Other than the lack of instructions with the product, I love these pulls!

So I ended up returning this item, but only because it didn't work for the installment that I needed them for. Otherwise they were of wonderful quality, the look was modern and earthy and I loved them. A good purchase for anyone needing a leather pull with a little character.

Does not come with instructions.Okay... Thanks to another reviewer, I was able to figure this out. I used a pencil with a piece of tape on the end to unscrew the hardware cover from the strap screw. Once you figure that out, it's pretty straight forward.The strap seems a little cheap and doesn't look like high quality. But I guess it's on par with the cost.

I really liked these pulls. I used them on the closet doors of my granddaughter's nursery. They added a unique and custom look. The only minus was that the hardware provided wasn't usable. My husband had to find me a new screws and bolts that would work.

Love these! Perfect addition to our new cabinets. They are unusual and not something you see in every house.

Nice leather and gold tone hardware! However, it didn’t come with the proper installation hardware. They sent screws that didn’t work with the item. A little trip to the hardware store fixed this.

Bought these to add a little something to my IKEA Bissa cabinet. Love the quality, look, and feel of these pulls! I also love the added element of class the hardware covers give to the overall look! Installation was simple; two different sets of hardware come with these for different uses, etc.
