The screen mesh is a bit delicate, don't handle it roughly or it will kink. The screen needs to be removed with the lid to pour from the pitcher, but it seems odd to put the screen back in after removal. Otherwise the lid doesn't securely fasten to the top of the pitcher without the screen in place, the best you can do is just sort of set it on top loosely. The pitcher pour spout is so small it might as well have not been put in at all. The screen works best with loose leaf; you can put tea bags in there, but it really works better with loose leaf.

Haven't used yet since it's a birthday gift for someone, but it was very nice, good quality when I opened the package to look at it

I am on my third cold brew, only because people love them when they try the coffee and they are so inexpensive I give them away. SO far this one is my favorite. It has all the most important features.... Air tight lid on both the mesh filter and the regular lid, sturdy glass, excellent shape and size that fits perfectly in the fridge / handle and all and a super fine mesh filter that is 360. of mesh - so the exposure to the coffee is perfect and faster than the others... and NO grounds in the coffee. I grind my own beans on coarse setting. I doubt I will give this one away... this one is a keeper. !

I love cold brew coffee, my current carafe was a mason jar, which was a sore spot for me, it was not pretty. I now have pretty. The product is easy to clean, handle is perfect to hang on to, so it doesn't slip out of your hands. I grind my own beans, and flavoring it a piece of cake. One thing I would change is the fluid ounces it holds so I can drink it all day.

Overall quality seemed great, machined metal, nice rubber gaskets to keep the coffee fresh. However, the special glass that can be heated to such high temperatures seems very brittle when cold because after being in my fridge one night the bottom cracked where it touched against another glass container and spilled a full pitcher full of coffee everywhere.

I purchased this as a raffle prize for a fundraiser at work - it was a popular item that got lots of tickets (meaning lots of $$'s for the fundraiser) and the winner loves it. Last I heard they were quite pleased with the carafe and the coffee it makes. Company also provides a variety of recipes - including cold brew tea.My logic behind purchasing this particular carafe was that is glass, has a handle and is pretty!

My husband realized he was spending over a $1000.00 a year on Starbucks . We decided to give this cold brew a shot. Well we love it! Very easy setup. We like it strong and use Starbucks ground. Taste better than getting at Starbucks. Saves time and money. The 52 oz lets us make enough for 2 days stays fresh. Highly recommend
