I have the large ones. I'm a trans woman. I wore them every day since sophomore year of highschool. As I got older and with hormones my hips and everything got wider. And I got these. They're amazing. And I can easily wear them every day. No baby powder needed. Just a pair of Spanx and shapewear.It's absolutely amazing and it's pricey considering it's half the size of the normal one. But same price. But it's nice and light weight. Looks real. Feels stiff to the touch

The quality and manufacturing are outstanding and looks like they will last a long time. The edges are tapered nice and thin which gives a smooth transition to your body. I tried them in a pocketed girdle but because they are heavy they will collapse under their weigjht within the girdle unless it is very tight. They are best used against your skn.So anything snug or tight would keep them in place. For me, a tight pair of panties held the top edge in place while I pulled my teggings over them. For me, I wish they had one more size larger.. I think the standard size with the longer length might giive a fuller look through the legs. I bought these primarily for use with short dresses and skirts and to be held in place with pantyhose. The only issue as you go larger is the weight but once on you really don’t notice it. I would prichase again if they made larger versions both wider and more butt volume. That would have made it 5 stars for me. I’m not sure if you can use adhesives, make sure you check with the company. My legs do not sweat but it might be an issue for others.

I'm a trans girl and need help in the hips department. I already had the longer size (worn them daily for three years and they are still going strong), but you can't wear short skirts with those. These work great for that. I just use a pair of boyshorts to hold them in place - I haven't had any issues with them slipping. In fact, I wear these nearly all the time now and the longer size have been retired. They are lighter, and I don't really need the tapering along the thigh, as my thighs are already feminine looking from the hormones.

I have to tell how much I love these products.
