Park Tools is a Go To Source
I repair lots of bikes and many bikes end up with bent forks. This is the ideal tool when Armstrong-strength won't work. Now comes the rub. It works very well but you will have to improvise in most cases. I used two "V" slotted 2 x 4's about 8" long, put the fork in the slot, clamped in a vice, and used the bender to straighten the folk. It makes short work of a bent fork but it has to be done right. I dimpled two forks by using protective wrap on one fork and clamping into the vice.

Love it
Directing a bend on motorcycle handlebars to a very specific section of bar is much easier with this tool. Yes, a pipe over the end works but it doesn't always bend in the proper section of bar.

Works great
I so needed this tool..I was contemplating fabricating up s as something until I came across this tool. It was more than I wanted to pay but in the end it was worth it. Requires a little muscle but you can always put a cheater bar over the handle to help.

Awesome tool for bicycles and motorcycles
I had.a titanium sidestand for my RC51 and a friend sat on the bike while on the stand. Was only designed to support the bikes weight. Bent the stand to where it was not stable anymore. I used the Park Tool straightener and had the stand straight in minutes. The design allows you to place the end of the bar against the apex of the bend and then move the hook to best leverage point.Basically tool paid for its self first time I used it. I plan to use it to straighten some old handle bars as well and have no doubt It will work great.

WOW! If you never use it...
If you never use it in your shop it will sure as h!@# scare off any thiefs by just hanging on the wall lol. I used it for straightening handle bars, seat posts, and one frame that was slightly out of whack. I really do not suggest anyone use this tool if you do not know what you are doing!!! VERY heavy duty and works well.

But it works like a glorified crow bar with teeth
High quality tool. It is large, over 24 inches long. But it works like a glorified crow bar with teeth. A must have if you are fixing up old bicycles.
