Tough to get out of the tube
This eventually did the job of securing loose floor feature (no idea what it's called, like a wooden dido rail, but on the floor of my kitchen rather than a wall) of plywood on plywood. However getting it out of the tube and where I wanted it to go was a struggle, it's a thick substance coming out of a tiny hole... hmm this is is getting a bit Mills and Boon, but anyway, ready your wrist muscles as you are going to need them. Eventually I got bored and pounded it, resulting in it coming out of a few other bits of the tube. It can be cleaned up easily though, so probably worth the bother, and the double entendres.
