Quite nice!
This fits quite well, if a tiny bit bigger than I thought it would be. I know folks usually wear their bike shirts fitted (sometimes TOO fitted) but this gives a little breathing room where it's needed. And I actually like the all-the-way-down zip. Makes it easier to get on and off. Good breathable material and have had no issues with it yet.

Order it in your size, not like chinese that require you to go up 2-3 sizes to fit
My only though is if they would produce other styles including the ones for the bike teams in order to show support.
