Super crispy
I've been using this for a long time. Regular bacon disturbs my stomach but this doesn't. Full bacon flavor and super crispy. Just 45 seconds in the microwave

Delightful!
I stopped eating pork awhile ago, but missed eating bacon. I have tried Turkey bacon, and it's just not the same. This is AMAZING!! So flavorful and so much healthier! Well worth the price to try it, now I have to go order a case from the company directly!

SOOOO yummy!
Unfortunately, I'm not supposed to eat so much pork or bacon, but this chicken bacon has a very reasonable amount of fat. I can eat a LOT of it, and not feel any guilt at all! It's fabulous! I do crisp it in the microwave for about 1 minute. It does better that way than in the pan. It's awesome in a sandwich or on its own! And it also fools 5 year old twin boys :) Even 9 year old bacon addicts didn't know the difference!

Value
The price for just 3oz is very unlikely that I would order this item again I get same in grocery store for just 4.00 a pk and it contains more

Too darn expensive and USPS exorbitant pricing
I love the taste and it doesn't have sodium nitrite which bacon generally has and some experts claim is a preservative that causes cancer, however I will have to go back to bacon due to cost and now some bacon doesn't cure with sodium nitrite. Fat in bacon is high but fat pricing is also to high.
