The media could not be loaded. What am I doing wrong? The water is going all the way through it and it’s collecting on the plate under my pot that it sits in.?Pro: The plant is enormous, so much bigger than the picture shows, and I’m actually in love with it.Con: My only concern is that I found a dead bug in it and I never thought of this before I bought it if there would be bugs in it if it they were gonna come to my house so the plant is in my bathroom right now and basically needs to get warm because of how it was delivered.Con: about amazon delivery driver:Amazon driver first of all didn’t take a picture of it outside of my house which I live in New Hampshire and it’s very cold here right now and also it was sideways and it was supposed to be up and down. Pro: There was no damage to it at all though I’m just concerned about the cold being on it I mean the freezing cold being on it. It had the heat pad inside on the bottom of it. The heat pad was freezing so unfortunately the driver dropped this off at my house at 2:30pm, per the amazon CS. It wasn’t posted here and I didn’t get it until 9 PM. I went onto Amazon and saw that it was delivered so that is my only complaint about this is delivery driver.Pro: The packing was perfect. It was tight as tight could be inside the box, so I was thrilled about that and it hasn’t fallen apart. The pot wasn’t cracked.Con: My only concern is it had bugs.Also I thought by the picture above that it was going to come with a pot other than just a black pot as it reads like it does. I was a little disappointed in that.I will update as the plant pretty much defrost comes alive in my bathroom and I’ll let everybody know what’s what.Update……Pro: 2 days later it’s absolutely more gorgeous.I’m so excited about it. This is my 1st plant in over 23* years. I saw this and wanted it.I’ve updated this a few times but I haven’t seen my attached notes or pictures so I’m writing again.I attached more photos.I definitely suggest to get this or any plant from this seller.Thank you seller

Most of the leaves were broken and the plant was in really rough shape. I will try to salvage it but if this is how it arrives, it shouldn’t be sold at all. I don’t want a nearly dead, in need of serious rehabilitation aloe plant. Frustrating.

I love this thing. It is very resilient. It propagated itself so much I will need to repot it. I can't believe the high quality of plants I got from this Amazon supplier. It makes me want to do a whole garden of succulent plants. The aloe will reduce the appearance of fine wrinkles on the neck and chin temporarily. it wears off in a few hours like make up. It is good for bee stings, burns, blisters, and makes the house seem more lively. I LOVE THIS PLANT

This plant came in bad condition; however, worked on it so today it is living and expecting more growth but it will be a cousin on the sail boat with plants from its family so expecting something beautiful over kitchen sink.

Nice enough looking but majority of bottom part was damaged/dead. Had to remove. Now it is a small plant when I thought I'd be buying a fairly big established plant. I also noticed some small bugs in the soils as I performed emergency surgery to remove dead parts and transplant right away. Will have to monitor my table to make sure bugs won't move and multiply. Not a great buy. I went to etsy for a plant or 2 before and much better experience..

Live in NE Pa.Temperature day it arrived was freezing cold in 20's and extremely windy. MY Cactus arrived wonderfully packaged. Cute saying on box I loved..... Help get me out of here I need air and water! Cactus is beautiful like I went personally and purchased it. I was thrilled. I never got a plant through mail that looks so healthy. And it came in freezing cold temperatures to get here.Thank you so much. I would give you a 10 star if it were possible. Love 💘 it
