These were the first pair of boots I ever purchased on Amazon and I couldn't have been more happy. I get so many complements when I have them on. I love them and coincidentally I'm wearing them today.

My bf ordered these Feb 10th and they came later than expected,the date i was supposed to receive them was Feb 15th But i got them Feb 18th due to President's Day!When i received them the box stated it was an 8.5 but the boot was a 6.5,i was very disappointed considering,they were already late!!!!!!These are the sole reasons i HATE shopping on-line. He tried to exchange them but they wouldn't replace them.Needless to say that same night we ordered more. He contacted the seller and they agreed to refund him and ship out a size 8.5 for "FREE"! AWESOME. Amazon's customers service and support handles these inconveniences quickly in a professional manner.The boot itself is true to size.I FINALLY wore these boots March 6th and the Faux suede material peeled off the heel,so CHEAP! When i walked they made noise and felt like the heel was going to break off. These BOOTS look CHEAP AND HAVE NO QUALITY! RETURNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You get what you pay for but these were free and now they can keep them!
