Excellent reading

When I first seen this book with a friend of mine I used to tease that I was going to take it home and not return it. That of course wasn't going to happen but I knew it was the kind of book my wife would love to dip into every now and then. I could have tried Readers Digest directly but I didn't want to be bombarded with other offers so I bought this one used as it was. It arrived well on time and in excellent condition. My wife is delighted with it but I still haven't told my friend we have our own book now.

I bought one of these books from Amazon a while ago and loved it so the last purchase was for a friend. I am sure she will find it as useful and informative as I did.There's a lot of money to be saved these days by using commonplace things like bicarbonate of soda or vinegar instead of expensive products for the kitchen and bathroom - and who doesn't need to save where they can these days?!!!It is also great if you have children or grandchildren - there are lots of interesting little 'scientific experiments' and fun things to do with ordinary things detailed throughout!A good buy.

Both weird and wonderful! It is a treasure trove of information many of the suggestions I remember my elderly relatives using. Interesting read. The delivery was good and the quality of the book was excellent.

This book is fantastic to leave on the coffee table and I find myself reading it when the adverts come on while watching TV. Every page is full of useful and interesting information. This is a really fun book to give anyone or just to buy yourself to save your brain from rotting when the adverts are on TV :)
