I did not put the unit up myself and have now discovered that the person who did has put it together incorrectly for foolscap. So I shall take it apart and put it back together properly and the unit will function to contain foolscap files

Seems OK. I imagine it will do what it is designed for. Proof will be in the use of this. DONT bother even trying the screws supplied they are not long enough to do a good enough job and work loose even as you are trying to assemble this. I assume this is why people are finding it difficult to put together. What should have taken 20 mins or so took almost an hour. Better off using your own nuts and bolts. Which is what I have done and it seems sturdy now. TO CONFIRM...despite what is mentioned in the Q and A section by a purchaser, THERE IS NOT A BASE TO STOP FILES FALLING THROUGH. There are some lips on the frame so will likely add my own. Don't bother using the spanner provided for the castors. Use a proper one. If on unpacking you can't find two of the bracket supports they are likely in the handle section of the end panel... Guess how I know. I thought they were missing until I thought about repacking this for returning.

Very useful filing system, Screws a bit difficult to insert but can be done with persistance.
