No complaints
I love this for the money. Once mounted to the wall it's reassuringly sturdy.Top tips for mounting it...Always leave all the bolts loose until you've got all bolts and nuts in place. Then go round and tighten everything up.The bar is quite heavy and tricky to handle due to the weight and the fact that you've got to hold it against the wall above your head while you mark the positions of the holes.I found 2 ways to make this easier if you're attempting it on your own. Even if you've got a spare pair of hands, these might be helpful.Option one,Using the cardboard box that it's delivered in.Assemble the bar fully and place it bracket side down on one half of the delivery box. Mark all of the positions for the mounting holes with a pencil onto the cardboard. Take the cardboard and hang it on the wall with either tape or a spare pair of hands and drill straight through the cardboard, into the wall. Obviously, make sure its all level before you go poking holes in the wall...Option 2Dont assemble the bar. Take one of the end pieces (the bits which protrude outwards from the wall) and get it into position on the wall at your desired height. Make sure its level and mark your holes. Put it on the floor and get the drill out. Drill the holes in the wall and install the fixings, bolt the first half of the bar onto the wall. Then assemble the rest of the bar, adding the cross piece and the other half. Bolt everything up nice and tight. Make sure it's level, mark your positions for the other mounting points on the wall. Remove the second half of the bar, drill your holes and then finally fix the second half of the bar to wall.Either of these methods are far easier than trying to balance the thing on your head while you hold a pencil in one hand and a spirit level in the other. Then obviously your third hand to hold the drill and your fourth hand to hold your beer.Again, always fit the bolts and loosely tighten them until you've got all the bolts in place. Then go round and nip them all up.I struggled with the included fixings on my wall (90s breeze block) and decided on some Easyfix Bolt Type Shield Anchors (m8x75mm) from everybodys favourite trade counter. I reckon the included fixings would probably be ok in a more solid wall but for breeze block (or thermalite) they just wouldn't hold. If I had the really lightweight block type walls, I'd probably go with wooden battens floor to ceiling and then mount the bar to those but for breeze block, the shield anchors are holding fast. I am only 10 and a bit stone though so heavyweights might have a different experience. If you are mounting to breeze block or other lightweight block, use an HSS drill bit rather than masonry and don't use the hammer function on the drill. Start the hole off with a small bit and use the small hole to guide the bigger bit when you enlarge the hole. The bar itself is sturdy once assembled and the different hand hold give a lot of options for different exercises and also different sized people. There are accessory eyelets on the bar to attach a cable pulley or whatever. These seem robust enough and are nicely welded. I think for the price, this is an excellent and versatile piece of equipment.I'm actually considering using a second one mounted below this one (without the crossbar) to give me a dip station as well as pull ups but I'm not certain if it'll be stable enough. I might try it and update this review. If there are no updates by the end of January then I either decided against the idea or I tried it and died as a result.

Absolutely brilliant.
This is a fantastic piece of kit. It was very easy to assemble and only took me, Craig. Kenny and Flemi two hours to put it up. Unfortunately we choose a studded wall rather than a solid wall. It fell down after three days leaving me with massive holes in my living room walls. I’ve got solid walls in my bedroom but I didn’t want to have a pull up bar five in one on my bedroom wall cos that would look silly. And would distract from the flock wallpaper. So I’ve put it in my daughter’s room. She’s only six months old so she doesn’t really notice. I find the wide range of exercises you can do with this piece kit very impressive. I can hang with two hands and I can hang with one hand. I’ve not attached a punch bag as yet cos they’re quite expensive. Although my best friend Leon is an apprentice butcher and he’s given me a hollowed out pig carcass which was nice of him. I like to imagine I’m Rocky when I’m having a session. It’s a great substitute for an expensive punch bag although I’ve had this one now for seven weeks and it is quite decomposed. This is a bit of a drawback/. bummer as there are lots of flies in my baby’s room (she doesn’t even notice so it’s not that much of a problem. They’ll be crawling over her face and she’ll be just smiling. She’s awesome) and the smell has gotten quite bad. Even Lynx Africa doesn’t mask the smell anymore. I need to get a new one. I could even get a cow carcass instead or a goat. My muscles have grown so much, as has my lifting abilities. Today I lifted thirteen Argos catalogues which is so much more than I could lift in 1982. I thoroughly recommend this fantastic product as it has so many really good things. I plan to buy more. My dream is to have them on every wall in my house and me and my daughter (not the live in partner, she’s fat) will go from pull up bar to pull up bar making our way around the house. We’ll be super fit and it will just like us being monkeys or something. How’s that for evolution?

Decent bar
Warning: these bolts are terrible. Make sure the area the pull up bar is being installed on does not have any worn down/old bricks.Other then those two factors concerning the bricks and the bolts, the pull up bar is pretty good. It is an outdoor equipment, meaning it doesn't rust or become damaged from outdoor weather conditions. The bar has different variations for pull ups: wide grip, close grip: chin ups and so on. With the correct bolts, it really shows that the pull up bar is strong and can handle a heavy weight load. Swinging on the bar is good, it does move very slightly but it’s not a major worry. That’s mainly it, the item is a good piece for pull up exercises. In addition: the wide grip rubber pieces are very easily moved which is a negative. The product itself is very limiting. If the bar itself was longer it would have been good, and allowed for more progressions however due to its small length it becomes annoying. In order to make this exercises harder make sure you install high enough so that you have to jump in order to grab onto it.

Terrible product and company
This company is horrible and the equipment even worse. I had a multi dip ajd pull up bar which arrived without instructions so fixing it was a guess , then once i got it on it didnt go on unless i removed one of the bolts that keep the whole damn thing in place. Honestly terrible. The hook they gave cant even reach dip.height so they should have sent two which other products similar to this do.please just avoid this product spend a little more and get something way better

Good kit, terrible instructions.
I feel bad marking this down because the product itself is good quality, especially for the money. But as someone putting this together for his son I can’t tell you how painful the act of putting it together was. I nearly gave up and more than once considered tracking down the manufacturer and door-stepping them with my arms full of unidentified bits of metal and useless instructions and making them do it.Some of the steps are in the wrong order and I had to take it apart and re-do steps again.

Nichts wackelt, alles stabil.Preis-Leistung passt, Kaufempfehlung
