I have rhuem arthritis in my hands. It helps for an hour or so. Better than other products I tried.

So far it has been working great. I have plantar fasciitis, and I wear the wrong type of shoes. This helps relieve the soreness and aches that I get from the wearing the wrong shoes, and or from walking a lot.

Wife says it helps, miscellaneous muscle and tendon pain, back pain, etc. Roll-on is easy to apply.

We love this stick. It's great for aches and pains. I even rub a bit on my neck at times to help tension headaches.
