Cleanest gelatin I've ever used!
Looking for and wanting a clean source of gelatin? Look no further! If you are familiar with plain, USA derived gelatin, you'll know what I mean when I say it has a very distinctive smell. Upon receiving and using this product, I found out that smell is not necessary. This stuff *smells* clean, and I don't know how to describe it better than that. Now that I've smelled what clean gelatin smells like, I will spare you from sharing what my olfactory memory inclines me to think the as-clean-as-I-could-source-it-USA-derived gelatin smells like. All I will share with you is comparatively speaking, the USA-derived gelatin smells, and not in a good way.I got this product to make homemade honey mallows, and they were so enjoyed by my household I made a 2nd batch 2 days later and covered them with chocolate. Suffice to say, that batch was gone pretty quickly, too. Sorry there's no pics--we were too busy enjoying them. :D

Expensive Organic Australian Gelatin
This gelatin does what gelatin is supposed to do, but you don't get very much for the money. You'd think also that it would cost a little less without the US organic stamp.

Smells of dog food, granule texture
Chunks of granules, not powdered. Doesn't dissolve in cold liquid. It is tasteless and bloats to the texture of tapioca pearls. Opening the bag it has faint smell of dog kibble. Only certified Organic gelatin I've found after searching pages of Amazon search results. The only Organic alternative to this I've seen is produced by a great lakes brand that asks $40/lb.

Work Great for Jello
It doesn’t really smell or leave a funky flavor. The granules seem a bit larger so I melt it in the juice on the stovetop at a low heat. The package isn’t the best, you really want to keep moisture out and a zip top gets clogged with the gelatin granules and won’t shut all the way so I put it in another container.

I was expecting powder
Is not as light and pulverized as I thought it would be. Looks more like sugar, I will taste first and then make a review about the taste

Good product
I am using this product for its healthy benefits as my diet is low in animal products this a a good option for me. I mix the gelatin with a protein powder and chia seeds and make a pudding to snack on throughout the day, as smaller meals are better for my body. Would buy again.

Works really well.
I bought this to make home-made cherry jello. It has amazing jelling power. For jello you can use the very least amount suggested.

Very nice
I just received this and mixed some in warm water. It seems very clean and neutral. It has no funky odors or tastes, unlike some other gelatin products I've tried. I like that it's certified organic. Will be buying more of this.
