Love these pens! Anyone know if they are disposable or refillable?

Not only are they refillable, Amazon sells the refills (in packs of 2, by color)! Make sure to get refills that match your pen type; RT for retractable models, or non-RT for, well, non-retractable ones.

Where are they made? i saw a pack of uni-ball jetstream rt blx, and it was made in japan. are these also? tia :)

Yes, it is made in JAPAN! :-) There is a photo of the back of the packaging where you can see that it reads, "Made in Japan." (Personally, I love that I am not sending any money to China. Yay! Of course, "Made in the USA" would be better, but "Made in Japan" is okay with me.)

I'm left handed & need non-smudge pens to annotate my medical coding books. Will these smudge as I write left-handed or bleed through thin pages?

I am also left-handed and always have to shop carefully for pens. I have found the Jetstream pens to smudge a little bit IF you rub over it immediately after making a mark. If you are writing at an average speed you will not likely have a problem. I have not noticed them to bleed through thin paper. As a left-hander another pen to consider that I really like is the Uni-Ball Signo Micro 207 - fantastic pen!

I have jet stream 101 that i love. the rt have the same smoothness?
