Just set the tree up and wrapped the lights around it. The tree is 6ft tall and I wrapped the lights around and around and around and around and around and then around some more and around again then around a few more times and then around and around again. Lol they are so wound up in there that I will cry if they stop working because I’m not sure I’ll ever get them out of this tree. My daughter really wanted an all pink tree this year, we usually get a real tree but due to the corona virus I wanted to have Christmas joy as long as possible this year and and bought a fake tree. This light strand is WAY too long, but the lights are so small it really looks great to have so many. I will update if they stop working. So if you’re reading this and it doesn’t say they look a crap, then they’re till going strong.

I bought 2 sets of these lights in purple. Pack of 300 and 500 lights. I wish the company made them in smaller packs such as 200 lights since I did not really need such large amount but I really LOVE these lights. The color says Pink but it is really purple and fabulous. The string itself is very flexible and easy to work with when decorating. The lights are small and the size makes it look that much more magical when they are on. There are several modes and all. Overall great buy and I have been getting a lot of compliments from my neighbors after decorating for Halloween.

It all started when my dear husband and I were betrothed 30 years ago. I was raised always having a faux tree and my husband grew up always having a live fir. So over the last 3 decades, we have traded off betwixt the two. After three years of employing an artificial tree, we have returned to a genuine tree. Hence, I yearned for some new lights. I’ve always been inclined toward “chasing lights”, so for that I was searching. I didn’t want to expend an astronomical amount on new lights. I discovered this strand of lights that I was hoping would be sufficient for the diminutive 6 foot tree that we intended to procure. When the Lilliputian box was delivered I was a tad bit unsettled. Once I commenced adorning the tree I found that I was able to encircle the tree four times over. (I am persuaded it’s going to be a hassle when it is necessary to remove them.) They alighted from the roll quite easily and contributed astounding coverage on the tree. There is no remote. The control is on the plug, but once you appoint your preferred setting, it will remain on that setting. The setting that is most similar to a chasing light blinks too fast and too brightly. My son said he felt like he was going to have a seizure. However, the lights are brilliant and attractive. I was hoping to have a twinkle or chasing light mode but this was not available. In summation: I appreciate the small and flexible wire and the expansive coverage. I regret that there is no remote and that the setting options are feeble.

This strand of lights is incredible. I was an avid fake tree buyer until this year when we got my first live tree. It’s 8 feet tall and THICCCK. I felt like I was wrapping this strand of lights for half an hour and I was only halfway done with the roll. No joke, I went around the tree about 4 times total and STILL had more left. The cord without lights near the plug is long and thin, unnoticeable in my opinion but my power strip was close by. The different light modes work well and look incredible. Overall, this was an impressive find and a great purchase!!!! Buy these!!!

This is my original post: Loved, loved, loved the lights. One giant strand and tiny bright lights lIke stars. Spent all afternoon winding it through limbs on my oak tree and enjoyed them for one night. They haven't worked since.RPGT is reading your feedback! Don't panic when a small box shows up in your mailbox like I did. For so many years, the lights on my tree took up a big box and a lot of space to store. When this small box showed up and could fit in my mailbox, I panicked that I ordered the wrong light. Not only did it decorate my 6 foot tree but I had left over to decorate the window next to the tree. The lights are bright with a lot of color. I am very pleased with the purchase and would by them again.
