Definitely. I've milled aluminum lowers as well as very hard Glock slides. With the hard tennifer found in Glock slides carbide end mills are a necessity. Using proper speeds and feeds you should be able to handle most jobs (within reason of course).

No, this machine is too small for that.

7/16"-20. Any R8 holder will fit.

Lot of slack in both the x and y axis. Had to rebuild the table to remove , still a great little machine for the money
