Atlantis snorkeling raft

THE RAFT-Heavy construction-great in the ocean for all ages.-especially fun in the pool-buy at least 2 and tie the rafts together for a family. They will be cause conflict with mom who want to float and the kids or dad wanting to use it. Also we had people trying to steal it. We had to tie them up and watch them closely. THEY R THAT COOL.don't hesitate to buy-great visability under the water.- Packs well in Luggage (buying a portable air inflated/deflator a must)- don't lean or step on the window and protect the window from scratches and you get years of fun.Updated review. This purchase from iSnorkle, American company, is not your typical Amizon (I don't care) company. Their customer service took the time to read my bad review and Make it right.-Yes we got a defective item.-No, we had no return options through Amazon due to the buy/use time difference(months)-yes they found my bad review and sent me a hand writen apology (see photo) and a new upgraded model replacement. I tried it out in rough ocean water but was not able to fully test it, I would suggest you definitely buy an air pump for it.

I purchased this for my husband to used in Aruba. When it arrived it seems of great quality, but way to heavy to travel with. It would be good when you transport it by car.

First, my daughter had a blast on this and was able to go out snorkeling with us without having to put her head in the water. But, I can't give it a good review because of the quality. We kept it unopened in the box during traveling and inflated it at our vacation spot the night before going out. All it did was sit in a hotel room and by morning, it was halfway deflated. We reinflated it, took it out into the water and tried to find the leak, but we could not. We ended up throwing it away after we used it. Although a fun product, ours had a slow leak which I would not expect after paying so much for a raft.

This product is heavy to carry and difficult to use

The Sea Window raft is a great product, especially for people who are not strong swimmers but wish they could snorkel. What was particularly POSITIVE about my purchase was my dealings with the seller: iSnorkel from Michigan. We received the raft within only a week of our trip to Jamaica, but decided to inflate it (test for leaks) prior to departure. As it turned out, there was a small hole in the main air chamber, so when we contacted the seller to see what could be done on such short notice for our trip, the seller (Dave) immediately shipped us a replacement (to Illinois) after he tested the new one himself to ensure no defects for our vacation. He didn't require us to ship the defective raft back, & said we could either dispose of it or perhaps try to get it patched to salvage it. As it turned out, a local shoe repair shop was able to patch it, we took both rafts to Jamaica, and had a wonderful time with our other friends joining us there. Two of them were not good swimmers, but they had a ball watching the sea life while floating in the ocean. It is a very stable raft & a heavy duty design ... definitely worth the money. The product is great, but the seller was fantastic ... someone you would definitely want to do business with again. They stand behind their product, which was a particularly refreshing experience.

One of the coolest gifts I got for the hubby's birthday!!!! He's gonna be 45!!!!! He loved it. Well made,and so much fun!!!!! Didn't need to fill viewing chamber with water,super clear!!!! We might try it with water later. Didn't expect it to be this cool!!!!!! Thanks! Kandy from Michigan.

Not real crazy about the hard window. Would be better if it was just open to the bottom.
