I have now had these elbow straps for over two years and they are still going strong. I tend to wear them when I start to get some elbow tenderness when training and they are really good. I just wrap the straps round nice and tight to protect the area and can happily train with now pain.The item was so cheap I thought they may not last or be as good, but it just demonstrates that you don't actually need to spend a fortune on more expensive brands.

Their great value and well made. When you first put them on the feel really good and you definitely get support from them but after a while they begin to feel a but bulky. So I would say great for just a few hours a day but no good if you need them constantly. Even so still good quality and value for money.

Exactly what I needed due to a minor injury, quite tight, perfect support for 2-3 hours when needed, e.g. in the gym. Don't think I could use 24x7, too tight for that though. Highly recommend.

Bought a large and tried on for a few minutes. Felt tight and made my hand slightly red and purple. Not something I could comfortably sit with so returned. I am of average build, size 12. I did read the reviews before purchase and bought a large but still tight.

The material was a lot lighter In colour than advertised but very comfortable nonetheless, although the straps aren't long enough to roll up and around onto the bicep Aswell as they're only long enough to go around the forearm, they are comfortable albeit a little snug. Go up a size if you're near to the upper limit of the banding size. Otherwise very good value for the money.

Bought these to help with what I think is tricep tendonitis. I'm a very out of shape person with podgy arms, and they fit tight enough to compress without cutting off the blood supply. Can be tightened using the velcro fitting strap if needed, or you can just attach this loosely for day to day support.Material is firm obviously, but not at all scratchy or uncomfortable.Definitely helped with the pain and weakness I was experiencing, and I was able to start boxing with light touch inside a week.I had missed 'pair' in the title so was expecting just one, really good value to get two.

I have suffered with a long term recurrent tennis elbow injury, which has hindered my ability to grip, lift anything or play golf. This is a well made support that certainly provides a good degree of support. I purchased the 'one size' fit, and although it definitely provides relief & support to counter the pain , it is however quite tight, considering I don't have a very big arm. As other have stated, this makes for a tight fit, which , certainly for me, meant the length of time I was able to comfortably wear the strap was reduced. That said, I would undoubtedly recommend as it is well made & if used to provide support when playing golf, or for a specific task if lifting undoubtedly assists greatly & reduces the pain . One final point, my strap came with no instructions at all as to which way up the strap goes on the arm. I had to refer to the image on Amazon above to clarify the correct way to wear as it isn't immediately obvious. Overall this is a well made quality item at a very good price that definitely provides short term targeted support, but I would caution against longer term wearing, due to its very tight fit.

My elbow was hurting really bad as I was working outside lifting heavy things on a building site , I thought I would try this product to help me and what a difference it made it reduced the pain straight away then with prolonged use it has just stopped all the pain and gives support to the area where it used to hurt. Make sure you don’t strap it up to tight as it will stop blood flow it is a really good quality product take time to try strapping it into a few different positions as I found this really helps with lifting . This helped me get pain free in no time at all and I would say for the small price of this product you can’t go wrong with this product,please note it was winter time when I tried this out so it’s the most painful for a person in there 50 + and it really worked . I now do not pain killers just strap up if I feel I need to but it’s not every day now this product has been a great help to me.
