waste of money
Very disappointed with this product. My daughter has been asking for one of these for months. Since she likes to run around the neighborhood in the summer I thought it would be great for her. The packaging is nice but there are very little instructions on how to set it up. Finally figured out how to put the activated Sim card in, but it apparently has no signal anywhere around here. So now it's pretty much just a little math game on her wrist, nothing more. Would have been better off with a cheap track phone

Picture is deceiving.
They don’t show you in the picture that the band on these watches have pictures on it. It has cartoon like alphabet letters on it which if I had seen previously I would not have purchased this one considering it’s for my 10-year-old and the letters make it look kind of babyish. Spent a lot of time deciding out of all the watches which one to get and this definitely would not of been my choice if I knew this ahead of time. Kinda bummed. Don’t know if I have enough time to exchange before Christmas

Good performance but, poor App for Smartphone and charging cable
Performance of this unit, in general, is very good.Probably It could have a proper App from the provider for the Smartphone, not other one from a third party that makes you to pay for eliminating ads.It would be good that the button that turn on and off the device, would be different to that one used for sending the SOS call.What happen if the cable for charging the unit is lost or broken? Where can we get a new one?

Phone wouldn't activate
Bought this for my son for Christmas. I had T-Mobile insert their micro-SIM card and the watch never activated. We replaced the SIM card and it still didn't work. I then ordered another watch and this one didn't work as well. Sent them back.

To charge line up the cat clip metal prongs w metal holes in back of watch to charge
I could not figure out how to power on the device, or how to plug it in. Then a thought cake to me, line up the metal prongs in the cat charging clip with the holes in the back of the watch. It instantly started to charge right up.

How do you charge these? I’ve had them both on the charger for 3 hours and they still won’t turn on
