Orthotics Insoles for Flat Feet, Arch Support Shoe Insert Fight Against Plantar Fasciitis, Relieve Feet Pain, Heel Pain and Pronation for Women and Men

These inserts appear to be made well. I have tried them in several pair of shoes. I wear size 8 and bought the woman size 8-8 1/2. The inserts fit perfectly in my shoes with no need to trim.In my NB sneakers, I was able to remove the insole and insert these. However my heels felt lifted higher in the shoes and that secure "heel cup" was gone. It made me feel less stable than before.In flat Con verse style high top sneakers, the inserts fit in the shoe. They felt stable. However the toes of the shoes are now tight and rub across the top of the foot. The shoe is heavy canvas with no give.In a third pair of shoes (looser fitting slip on style) the inserts fit the shoes. However my feet feel as if they still want to roll inward a bit. These were advertised as helpful for pronation so it's a bit disappointing.I will use these inserts but they are not as versatile or as helpful as I had hoped.

will never buy insoles from big name stores anymore .took the original think insoles out of the SB dunk n replace with this.day n night different.it does feels a little hard the first day ,but after a day of wearing felt so much better n just hang in there ever since .living it .very good price when things like that cost 2 to 3 times more in big stores .

I LOVE these orthodic inserts!!!!!! I have a them in all my athletic shoes. I suffer from overpronation & very high arches. The inserts provide exactly the support i need. The price point is phenomenal! Ive paid 4 times the amount & will still go back to these.The company stands by their product & if I could, I'd give them 10 stars . Very pleased! !!!!

These are horrible. For one, they required fairly extensive trimming. For two, the arch is too high and the substrate of the insole is way too hard (think hard plastic, not rubber). Not something I want in my shoe. They also have an odd soapy smell.

These worked well for my flat feet. I remove the original inserts, even from a new shoe. I put a single, plain flat Dr. Schole pad on the bottom (Not a double thick, it increases the height to much), then I put this insert in on top. You end up with great support and a very comfortable walking experience.

OMG, I just received these orthotics & I immediately took the old insoles out of my sneakers. I put in these orthotics & when I started walking around my ankles & sole feet were shouting, "Thank You". I'm going to order several my pairs for my other sneakers & shoes. I'm soooo happy!

Have had in shoes for about 4-5 months now and work wonderful to control my plantar fasciitis. Much cheaper than others that I used to buy at this price and have now tripled in price. I will re-purchase when needed for sure.

I've got medium arches in my feet, but regular arch supports were way too high and uncomfortable. These provide the perfect amount of support without causing discomfort or pain.
