These are very nice. I had a black one that came with a set of coasters that broke. It was my own fault. I purchased these and the main difference was the color and maybe holds a couple more coasters. Glad I bought them.

Bought this holder to hold some of my stone coasters at our beach condo. I only have four coasters but this would easily hold six coasters. It seems very sturdy.

These holders would work best for very large coasters (4.25 inches or bigger), like maybe Thirsty Stone and especially the braided soft coasters, both of which are bigger than the 4 inch ceramic coasters I got.My ceramic coasters "swim" in these holders. Because of too much wiggle room, the ceramic coasters would be much more vulnerable to being broken as they jostle around.These holders are not perfectly straight and don't completely sit flat on the table.I returned these and got circular holders with a border all around, which fit my ceramic coasters much better and look a little more "finished" than these holders do.

These coaster holders say they are 4.5 inches wide, so I purchased a set of them to hold two sets of Big Sky moose and bear Thirstystone coasters (which are 4.25 across). I was disappointed to learn that these holders were not wide enough to hold my Big Sky Thirstystone coasters. I kept them anyway, because I had other coaster sets that did fit in these holders. I had planned to give these as a gift along with the bear and moose coasters for someone who just bought a cabin...and I had to purchase different coaster holders that would hold the Thirstystone coasters. I would not recommend these if you plan on using them for Thirstystone coasters.

Exactly what I wanted to hold my new coasters. Would certainly purchase again.
