Works Perfectly! Just remember to set your tv to Channel 3 or 4 when using coax input!
It took me a few minutes to remember you have to have your tv on the right channel when using the coax input, but once I got that, it worked perfectly! I converted the AV output from Tivo to coax, in order to connect my TiVo box to different tvs around my house, which were wired with coax cable. Worked perfectly!

Don't Buy This RF Modulator
This RF modulator lasted only less than six months! I purchased it from Best Connections, and they told me to contatct the manufacturer, which is World Tech, Inc. with the issue. I have contacted BC twice, and WT, Inc. three times and no service from them. I just wanted a replacement, but all I get is the run-around. Buyer BEWARE.

Audio hum on r f modulator
Purchased this r f modulator and it worked well for a couple of days. I have a dish network receiver connected to the r f modulator. Then after a few days I started getting a loud audio hum from my tv audio. I also had to turn the sound up louder to hear it and still louder him on tv. My old tv also has rca connections also, so I plugged my dish receiver into that and no problems with the sound. I am returning the r f modulator. I believe there is some defect in it cousing the audio hum.

It works As Described
This Best Connections unit replaced an old Radio Shack RF Modulator. The Best Connections unit works fine. It does get hot when used for more than an hour. The heat may result in future issues.

Cheap quality product
Easy to install and does the job but only for about 3 months. There is also a lot of static and crackling sounds that keeps you from hearing the audio. Bought one for all three TVs and at least 2 of the 3 have this sound quality issue. One of the 3 has already quit working. Will not buy again.

Works great
Works great, directtv did an upgrade and the new receivers do not have a coax out, does not matter at home but my older RV is wired for it so this solves the problem.

Does the job, but don't expect quality.
Crooked jacks and a power cable with part of the copper strands sticking through the insulation (fire hazard!). Does a basic job of converting coax to RCA.

The Perfect Fix for Older Equipment
This is the second modulator I have bought, and this one is so much better. Low price, more compact and low-profile, and the power cord is much sturdier than the last one I had. A great bargain!
