One friend of mine came across these pill and lost about 16 pounds. Since I was gaining weight I had worked so hard last year to loose I decided to give them a try. I weigh myself once a week. The first week I lost 4 pounds, second week 3 pounds and this third week I lost another 3 pounds. I'm very happy with the results so far. The pills does not cause any side affects other than what everyone says that it makes you very thirsty, which is actually a good thing.
