Product arrived when promised and as described by seller. Although, the bag had a small hole in it, it wasn't Safe Jack's fault. The FedEX box had a coinciding hole to match. I called Safe Jack's customer service and they were truly awesome. I explained the problem to Ms. Godfrey. She requested info/pics and within a short period of time I was told a they would replace the bag.This company's customer service is an industry leader and others should follow their model.Thanks, James Clark

This product is heavy duty and very well built. A huge mistake was also made on my order but these guys made it right. Its refreshing to see great customer service from company's these days!

The kit is exactly what i needed for my lifted Tacoma. It is well built and should last a lifetime. However, the jack was leaking on arrival. Upon further inspection, it seems it was over-filled with Jack fluid. It wouldn't lower even with decent weight (200 lb me standing on it). I had to open the valve, letting fluid out for it to lower. Very messy.Later, i got it working more smoothly and, thinking it was now low on fluid, i opened the plug in order to refill it. Even on a level surface it was leaking even more fluid from the refill hole. I cleaned the spill and replaced the plug. Seems all is working well now.Only one star off because i know this will work well for me, and i know they outsource the jack, but things should be working right upon delivery.

I like the design but not the implementation.1) The U-shaped saddle pad would not fit my stock Dana 44 axle on my 2023 Gladiator Rubicon.2) The bottle jack is imported and was leaking when it arrived.3) I was not impressed with the welds on the pads. (I worked in a plating shop for years)4) I ordered direct from the manufacturer, and I should have paid more attention to their ambiguous warranty. (Unopened package biz, return shipping expensive. To be fair, they agreed to POSSIBLY refund my purchase upon return).Perhaps the return would have been easier if i had ordered it though Amazon.In the end the jack went to Goodwill, I modified the jacking pad, so it will fit, and I will purchase a different jack. Expensive lesson....

A bit pricey but with the part it works just right!
