I don't know, but I thought I ordered a full size flat iron. It was a "travel" size. HOWEVER!!!!! It is really nice. I love that it heats up fast, and to high temp. It is also pretty cool that I can throw it into my briefcase. Didn't think that would happen. I get stuck to routines, and how I have things plugged, etc.With that, the only thing that becomes tough, is the placement of the battery. There were no instructions.You must put the battery in with the "clip" or snap facing up towards the metal plates; and slices of the battery showing through, face-up.It must be 'snapped' in. Also, if not 'snapped' in correctly, the metal plates won't close well to heat your hair. I learned that, when I first went to iron a lock of hair. Then I re-adjusted the battery and it worked.I do NOT advise women with LONG, HEAVY HAIR...or just LONG HAIR to buy this product (unless for touch ups). I used to have long, heavy, hair. But, I did recently cut my hair short, and it does well on heavy, short hair.It is a well paid product....and if interested, I'd buy it again. Probably will for x-mas for my daughters.

My wife got this hair straightener in three days since bought.She likes it at first glanice because of the real elegant appearance.Then I took out the straightener ,installed the rechargeable battery ,recharged it by following the instruction.(this very important especially before using any kind electronic products).After first time used it,she got impressive with it because of that the very elegant apparent design,the safety lock ,heating to very hot in few seconds,good quality(Before I buy it,I already decided I will return it immediately if the quality is low).As an engineer I hope my review is helpful :-)

By all means, I am really happy with this purchase for my girl friend as a gift.PRO - Love how it heats up quickly and grips the hair nice and tight.- Impressive cordless design and long lasting battery which allows to straighten hair any time any where.- I am really impressed with the price as well- Nice packaging as a giftCON - smart safety lock design but not obivously to see

Took a little time to learn how to turn on the device because I didn’t realize there’s the safety lock in the middle of the device. But once you figure it out, it's simple. I love how it locks and how it's pretty much to temperature within 15 seconds. Super shiny and straight. Plus, THIS IS A PORTABLE STRAIGHTENER!! Very convenience to store in my handbag! Good for me to fix my hair anywhere I want. I just did once before meeting my customer today.

Pro:Unique design, neat detail, good quality. fits in most of my shoulder bag. Battery last long as advertised, good for travel or daily use.Con: safety botton on the side need to be pushed up in order to turn the power on, not visible.

Item arrived perfectly packed, packaging is denfinately a plus, comes with a dust bag for travel. Product is niceeeeee! battery last longer than any other portable travel size one I had used. great purchase, highly recommended!
