Excellent product and service. Prompt delivery, sturdy basket. After struggling over several months, I finally have decent looking sourdough bread thanks to this banneton. Before the bread tasted nice but looked awful as it always stuck! With plenty of flouring, it came out easily the first time I used this. The lame was an added bonus, thank you.

Products as described. The Banneton is well made and it comes with cleaning instructions. The scrapper is better than I expected, I was pleasantly surprised, I really like it. I find the lame a bit tricky, you have to hold it at a 45º angle and do the cuts very quickly. I am not an experienced baker and watching online videos on how to use it has improved my technique but I need to keep practicing. I have not fully read the book nor tried any of its recipes but looks all right. I have not used the cloth that comes with the Banneton, it looks good though.

Nice, well-made little basket, which I've already used a few times. My only gripe is the liner which I think could be just a little larger so that it fits over the basket more easily. I spend quite a lot of time stretching it to fit over the lip of the basket and it's not easy as the fabric is, of course, non-stretch. Anyway, other than that, the basket serves its purpose well. I wish I hadn't cut off the label and thrown it away without first checking though, as it had the link to the free e-book and I now can't get that. My fault entirely though.

Very nice design combined with very good quality. Easy to use and to clean, helps to make a perfect bread! Couldn't be happier with its acquisiton!

The basket itself is good, a nice size, pretty standard. The scoring razor is a very odd curved shape so it's quite hard to do many designs with it, and its not very sharp at all. I never got access to the ebook sadly

Very well made, great size, and no problems with dough sticking with and without cloth. Scraper and lame are nice additions, but pretty basic. Will buy again.

Nice set, very functional, all you need for your sourdough bread making. Only down side it's the blade to score the dough...not the best as it feels cheap and also not too sharp... But for the price I can't complain too much as it does the job.
