This supp deserves 100 stars in my opinion. So far i've gone thru 15 bottles. I wud'nt repeat buying so often if it didnt wrk. I even had a couple of friends buying it. Prior to using TWO PER DAY my urologist told me my bladder walls were weak, meaning my peeing wud b frequent due to the bladder walls not holding pressure effectively. I was scouting online one nite & ran into this supp. Somehow i was moved by the name. Its one thing taking a supp 2 times per day. Its quite another when it actually name TWO PER DAY. In short order after taking them i notice my bladder was able to hold my urine. Absolutely zero bladder pressure. These days i go thru an entire day without peeing untill after wrk i pee one good amount. Getting up at nights is no no no for me n am 63. If i dont take any other supp, i have to take TWO PER DAY. Am married to these supps for life. Yes! They makes ur pee more yellow than normal n it smells kinda mediciney. That is good news because it means ur body is absorbing it. Buy it guys, especially you older ones. You cant go wrong.

I really like these. ive switched to this for my every day life. Smell wise, they have a strange yet strong smell but not bad. They are a good size and easy to swallow. My sleep quality skyrocketed when I started taking these. My blood work has looekd a lot better (was already good), so they seem to be pretty effective with a slew of nutrients in them. My only 'complaint' is that it make your urine neon yellow/green.

After viewing the vitamin and mineral ingredient list on several vitamins, I chose this as one of the best balanced vitamin available. I especially like that is does not contain calcium and copper. Many do, however, if there is magnesium in the vitamin (as there most often is), the calcium competes with it and they have a canceling effect. The same is true with zinc and copper. It is easier to supplement separately with calcium and copper. These do appear to be very good vitamins. However, after ordering and taking them, I did not feel the best. Was struck with nausea and bloating. What I neglected to do is read the filler ingredients. I have a high sensitivity to maltodextrin and this is a filler used in this vitamin. Amazing Multi-Vitamin - Yes, it does turn your pee into a watered-down lemon-lime Gatorade color, but it gave me energy - normally, I feel like taking a nap mid-day, but after taking these, I noticed an increase in energy levels. I did not have any smell (good or bad) associated with these pills.

I looked on AI for “best overall multivitamins” on both Grok & ChatGPT. This was one of the top two listed and the cost was very competitive. I used to buy the popular brands but learned they are very low quality, they often don’t dissolve right, and (according to AI) are mostly expensive urine. I’m delighted to find it this brand’s 2 A Day. (FYI, This brands 1 A Day isn’t neatly as good as its 2 A Day. I’m not sure why).
