So happy this worked on my 30+ year old Cuisinart!
I was unsure this would fit, my Cuisinart is over 30 years old. It is slightly smaller than the original but locks into place and works great! It doesn't come with the pusher but I had that from my original lid, just a call out in case that is also missing.

Old Cuisinart, new pusher. Works great.
We too have a 30 year old Cuisinart and weren't sure if this would do it, but it works perfectly, and at a great price.

So far, so good - fits just fine
So, I got my Cuisinart a few years back from my mom. She wanted new appliances - and me being a college student, said - GIVE ME THAT I'M POOR! I've used the processor lots over the last 3 years or so - probably a few times a month. The locking mechanism recently broke, and I needed to replace the assembly. I wouldn't have replaced it - but my wife was complaining about how I was working around the broken mechanism - I was using the broken off clip to push down the locking mechanism and turn it on. Enough of that she said.I would never have replaced the mechanism if it wasn't for her. Oh well, the new sleeve assembly fits perfectly - it's the legit replacement part, no question about that.As for the people that claim to break mechanism (the clips I guess) a few times a year - what are you doing?? I do agree - the locking mechanism is flimsy. All I can say is be a bit careful, and it will continue to work for at least a few years. I've started to store the assembly detached from the processor lid so that there is no force on the flimsy clips. I realized that there was a decent amount of force always applied to the clips when just sitting there assembled all the time. This is probably why the mechanisms wear out much faster - you're always applying force to them, basically having them "at work" 24/7. Hopefully my plan works, and this will be the last I have to buy in many years.

Replacement Terrific
I have a FIFTY YEAR OLD Cuisinart. The pusher tube finally broke- maybe should not have tried to shred a whole coconut all at once but I did it before! This replacement works like a charm, showed up on time and was reasonably priced. What else could one ask for?

be careful of what versions of what parts you need
I've replaced multiple plastic parts on our 35 yr old DLC-10 Cuisinart over the years. Only on my most recent purchase did I have a problem. The older assemblies that have a pink-ish color to them and the new[er] parts have a grey-ish color to them. Some of the grey-ish parts now have a "T1" suffix stamped on them. For the most part and possibly for all of them (I'm not sure) if you purchase a part number that ends in T1 then you must replace the other parts that do not end in T1. The parts are very close in size; however, they won't fit. For example, a DLC-117BGTXT1 "pusher assembly" (not, this is not the white cylinder pusher; rather, this is the assembly that attaches to the top of the assembly atop the bowl, it will require a new "T1" version of the bowl... which will then require a new T1 version of the main bowl. Expensive and disruptive. My take away is it is better to buy the same version you have even though it is out of production. That is, you're forced to buy a used part. Of course almost all the used parts have some kind of crack in them, so it's a gamble. What I did was buy a non-working unit because I have a working motor. To make this more confusing, there are some grey-ish parts that don't have a T1 suffix, that *will* work and not require purchasing other plastic assemblies. This is in no way a complaint of this part here being sold. It is exactly what it says. It's just that you may have a problem if your base unit is old[er].

has safety interlocks which must be in place.
After many years, the plastic safety interlock on my old part broke, and my food processor was non-functional. Found this part on Amazon with no problem, and it arrived on time. Product works fine again! Price is a bit high for two pieces of plastic, but to be expected.

Fits old classic Cuisinart food processor!
My Cuisinart is 25 years old and this pusher sleeve was always getting jammed. Very happy this replacement one fits perfectly and works very well.

Just what I needed.
It was good to restore my food processor to full function again.Especially since they don’t seem to make this size of machine any more!
