I'm a woman who is close to 60 years old with cervical spine degeneration. Because of this, I have been getting more "hunchback" which leads to more pain.This brace greatly improves my posture and alleviates some of the neck pain. I recommend this!BTW, I'm 5ft 3in. and weight 180lbs (81kg) the X-Large fits comfortably.

I ordered it for my husband he’s always has this like hunchback to him, but now he’s getting older and working at a harder site, he asked for a back belt but when I found this I saw two important things he needs the little boost of help with. Sure enough he used it all weekend at work, he says he feels better it helps him posture himself knothe has it on. I must add he’s also a barber in the evenings so this will also help him at his second job. Very easy to put on doesn’t need instructions, the straps adjust to your fitting I ordered him an xl even though he’s like a medium but he has some belly so thought about that. I’m extremely happy he is happy! Not only wives need to be happy.

I've never had back problems, but I tend to slouch a lot. This back brace has made a huge difference, as well as protecting me in the past month whilst doing 12hour shifts of hard labor carrying heavy items and building over long periods of time with no rest. Good quality!

This item runs small and has no instructions with it. Must look on website and figure it out yourself. I found it very difficult to decide best way to put on by the pictures on this site. Finally figured it out with a friend's help. I hope it works. Seems to be tight, supportive of back and correct posture (after this first time).

This brace seems to be as described. It fits my larger frame well and keeps me sitting upright while I drive most of the day at work. My only complaint is where the straps go under my arms. They tend to fold over and leave red marks on me and can be slightly painful after all day use. Overall I would say it works well, but depending on you body type, you may need to add something to the underarm section for more comfort.Update: after a few weeks of use, I can’t stand to wear it anymore. The straps are too painful under my arms. Also, the bar like stiff portion of the brace are starting to stick up a little high and make me look strange when not wearing a coat over the brace. I don’t think I will continue to use this brace.

Easy to use and sure helping my posture. Bought this brace as per advice of the doctor. It's taking a bit of getting use to, but I'm overall quite satisfied.

I liked this shoulder and back brace combo.I am overweight so I got the largest size they had. It is close to a 2X or 3X.I wear between a 2X & 3X & most of my weight is from my hips to my breast so this made it a little difficult for the waist bands to be comfortable.The waist bands fit across me fine in length, I just wished the straps were wider so not to make me look like I’m cut in half.It definitely makes my boobs look bigger LOL, so I might try wearing it under a shirt so it makes my figure a little less like I’m wearing a corset.The material made me a little warm, so if you get hot easy keep that in mind when you’re wearing it.It definitely helped my posture! I have a condition where my back muscles are in pain a lot & causes weakness.

Does what it's meant to do. Fits and helps a little. Shoulders dont really pull back but does help with posture nonetheless
