I work from home and spend far too much time sitting in front of a computer, so I've always had a Reflex Ball to break the day up. This is easily the best Boxing Reflex Ball I've ever used.A lot of Reflex balls have a hard ball which is annoying because it hurts your hands after using it for 5 - 10 minutes. This means you can't use most Reflex Balls for that long without having to put gloves on. This is really annoying when you just want a quick workout!The ball on the Alliance Athletics reflex ball is nice and soft but also a decent weight. It's not too light. I regularly use it for a 30 minute to 1 hour cardio workout during the day.The build quality of this Reflex Ball sets it apart from the others that I've used. Most Reflex Balls feel cheap and poor quality and they end up breaking after a while. The Alliance Athletics reflex ball is much better overall. You'll feel the difference as soon as you start using it.I can't recommend this product enough. You won't be disappointed!

A great little exercise toy. You can use it as a gentle bit of bopping about or actually work up a sweat when you bounce around. Takes a bit of practice. I reckon it's like the speed ball at which everybody is rubbish at first but a few sessions of practice over a few days and the nervous system gets the hang of it. Just a few minutes a go and your head rewires while you're asleep so the next day is better.

Great for building hand to eye co-ordination. Please don’t think that this product will turn you into a boxer overnight. It’s hard to master which is the fun part. Would recommend that you wear the eye protection provided. Not because it’s a bad product but given its nature it will fly back and crack you in the eye from time to time.

Fully adjustable strap and elastic cord are great features and the ball won't hurt your bare hands like other brands often do either . Can't fault, well done! The G.O.A.T

A couple of my training buddies have recently bought these training balls and having tried them thought I'd have a look for one on Amazon. I thought this one looked good quality for the price and so took a punt. Really pleased with it. It's much better quality than my friends versions and seems to behave in a more predictable fashion than the others (i.e. when you punch it it tends not to fly off at random angles). Can't honesty say I use the safety glasses but they're a nice touch and I'm sure they'll come in useful (maybe if it's being used by kids the glasses would be a good idea). It came nicely packaged and the box looks good so I'll definitely be buying a couple of these for stocking fillers next month.

I have good hand-to-eye coordination and have quickly picked up a pretty reasonable level, combos, elbows, slips. A couple of issues are the loose cord can dangle in your eyes a bit. However, it is pretty good. I didn't buy any gloves and seems fine. Naturally, you are not going to be beating a heart rate much over 120 bpm.
