Effective if used with proper strategy but smells bad
It comes packed in polythene cover. After diluting upto the mentioned mark on the bottle you have to open the sprayer nozel.It has very pungent bad smell. I had sprayed around home in night as smell remains for long and you can't stay in that smell.It seemed that rats didn't come out to places I had sprayed it with so I can say it is effective but can't say weather it will be effective over a long period as smell subsides.My idea was to spray around wall edges in home areas around floor as rat move by that route so that will distract their movement. That somehow helped to let them remain in the room they were hiding. Then next day I also sprayed in those corners of the room where I suspected them to be hiding. But you have to seal all other areas of their exit except the one you want to let them go out of your room through.So will recommend to try it out as its really very challenging to tackle with rat issue in homes.

Just don't, waste of money
It's an utter disappointment...... Now I have more rats lol.....doesn't deserve a single star. U would think it will smell like peppermint, its putrid. Besides its not worth the price, instead I shdve bought an essential oil and used it lol
