Tried these on some upright cabinets. They were not strong enough to hold the door open, and the damper that provides the soft close is too strong - it is very slow to close and does not close all the way, even with manually pushing it closed. Would not recommend given this, unless manufacturer makes the damper less resistive to closing fully.

I make custom wood gun boxes and I wanted a good sturdy hinges, so I got these. They come with photos how to I stall tje hinges to get the doors open the way you want. So I did it the way they said and guess what. They did NOT come out the way they said or showed it should be. Trust me I spent hours trying to get it the way I want it and it is impossible.

Construction seems OK, but the design allows for a large amount of play both laterally and vertically. You can overcompensate for this when installing, but it is something of a hit or miss affair compared to other hinge designs. In my case, it would have been faster to just get the regular type hinges and cut a pocket in the doors. Live and learn.

Time consuming to install and line everything up just right only to find out they are more like no close. You have to push them every time and there is a lot of play once they are in the closed position. Would NOT recommend

I loved these! They are much better then the Velcro type ones and they make less noise when shutting the cabniet

The hinges required extra blocking behind the styles to support...didn't operated very smoothly and soft close was disappointing

These are surely "soft close", but they actually do not close at all! I literally have to push the door closed each time, and they do not have an adjustment screw to fix that problem. Looks like I will be ordering something different.
