This product IS a nightmare! Absolutely NO directions and NO technical support. I installed the strut kit in a 2004 Jaguar xj8 . I could NOT get the car off the lift. I bottomed the spring seat adjustments to near the end of adjustment . At least I was able to get the lift pads out and move the car . The term “ low rider” comes to mind. I requested return receipt pre paid and got squat diddly from Amazon and their representative company [ autoslegend ] . This company is a Legend in their mind only!

The airbag to coil product was excellently priced. It shipped quickly. We were very pleased with the appearance of the items. However, they were the wrong size for our vehicle and we had to return. However, the return was handled perfectly.

These coil suspensions fit my 2004 Jaguar XJ8 perfectly.

They made the car look really good and the ride is much better

A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY..... REPLACED MY OEM AIR STRUTS DEW TO CAR NOT RISING. CAR STILL SITS ON THE FLOOR AND THESE NEW STRUTS DIDN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE. CAR IS STILL ON THE FLOOR AND CANT EVEN DRIVE. TO THINK THESE STRUTS USE TO COST A THOUSAND DOLLARS AT ONE TIME. I PAID 500$ AND FEEL AS IF THIS SELLER STOLE MY MONEY. NOW IM STUCK WITH $500 STRUTS THAT I CANT USE NOR DO THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY DO. I WILL BE FILLING A COMPLIANT WITH THE BBB. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE... THESE PRODUCTS ARE TRASH. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EVEN IF THE SELLER GAVE THEM TO ME FREE WOULD I TAKE THEM. THE TIME AND WORK TO PUT THEM ON FOR THEM NOT TO WORK. NO WAY!
