Bogan Boots Classic Tall Sheepskin Boots

In rating this item 3 stars, keeping in mind they're a fantastic price for genuine sheepskin boots.CONS: - These are very lightweight fashion only boots that are probably not the right choice for cold or inclement weather.- They will slip on slick wet surfaces- These are not "tall" boots as advertised. Unfolded, they come up to low calf, and when folded become ankle boots- On the sand color, you MUST put a water/stain proofer on as soon as you open the box. They will discolor if anything touches themPROS:- Very nice "kidskin" appearance which make them look more expensive than they are- very comfortable, with or without socks- I've received a few comments on how cute they are- They appear to be well made but time will tellAll in all a good purchase for the money but they weren't what I was looking for

I choose 3 star because of the quality of material used and the measurements were not as stated. I really wanted the tall boot as it said in the description but the calf width and height of boot was 1'' shorter, disappointing. I bought it because the price seem to be reasonable and the recommendations. I like the weight of the boot and it would have been comfortable but I had to return the Tan color size 7.5 boot i ordered, I should have ordered a 8.5 but they didn't have it in stock so, I will have to return and pass on it for now. If you want a light weight boots that is comfortable make sure you order the next size up. One more thing, the bottom sole is not heavy duty it is light weight so, if you are going to wear this allot, it will not last too long. I do like it other wise, it is cute.

When my 10-year old UGGS recently bit the dust, I had to replace them. I decided to try the Bogan Boots and am happy with my choice. I love boots and wear them all the time. But I had to find just the right boot that would be on my feet for some part of every day. The Bogan's are doing quite well in that regard. They go on my feet when I get up in the morning, get me through breakfast until my shower, and then go back on my feet in the evening when I am ready to relax with a book or TV. I might prefer a heavier sole and a little more support, but I am not walking in them (except around the house). They probably could go to the mall but are not for snow. Consider them leisure footwear and you will be very pleased. Also very good value for the $.

Purchased these for my wife. Was a bit concerned about buying them since I had only heard of UGG boots. These appear to be every bit the quality of UGG at a fraction of the price. I base this on appearance only. I do not have any UGG boots to compare them with. They look better than I expected (then again, I don't necessarily like the look of sheepskin boots). My Wife loves them! Claims they fit well and they are warm. I did purchase the UGG cleaning kit to protect and clean them in the future.

Very soft sheep skin. After reading the reviews that they ran big or stretched, I bought the correct size for my teenage daughter. It is just as pretty but not as expensive as Uggs. The boots is slightly loose fitting on the legs though and they will sag down a bit when you wear them. My daughter's feet are growing so fast, so spending $200 on Uggs would have been a very frivilous expense. To keep fresh and clean, my daughter keeps them in one of the zipper plastic case where our bed sheets came in.

These are beautiful boots, and a great alternative to Uggs, which I wanted. I like that the shearing is thin enough that you can easily roll over the top to varying heights with the wool on the outside, which is a nice look. I wear a 9 and ordered a 9.5 (only come in size and a half) and they were still too tight even with thin socks on. I am considering ordering a 10.5, but being a size and a half larger than I wear, think they would probably be too big.

I purchased these boots in January 2014 in the sand color. The color of the boot is spot on as it shows in the picture. I ordered a 10.5 which is a half size larger than my normal shoe size of 10. It was recommended to order a half size larger if you wear a full size and not a half size so I followed the recommendation and they fit perfectly. I am happy to say that these are the most comfortable boots. I have worn them nearly every day for the last year and the sheepskin inside is still plush and not mushed down. They have kept me warm even in the extreme winter temperatures. They are constructed very well and have held up to the test of time. I am so happy with these boots that I will definitely be ordering another pair. I would definitely recommend these boots to anyone and also for a more affordably priced boot if you cant afford the expensive designer labels out there.

When the boots arrived, I was very surprised to see that they were completely different than depicted in both the description and the image; these were not the same boots. They are very poorly constructed - almost like they were glued together - and quite frankly, they were chunky, ill-fitting and ugly. The picture is very cute but the boots I received are too tacky for words. Returned them.
