Worked perfectly. I replaced the old expander with the new one and was sizing brass within minutes

fits my old 223 die
having broken the last one, i was finding it difficult to match the correct rod to the fairly-old die set. not being a constant reloader for brass, i finally just picked this one...fit perfectly fine in the 2-piece 223 set i have.

Exact fit but too soft
This is an exact match for my Lee .223 deprimer, but it did the same thing my first one did. Not all brass have the primer hold drilled center and this one caught and edge and bent. I probably got about 50 deprimes out of it. I ended up buying a set of hardened steel ones on Ebay and on my first I am at about 500 an no problems.Fits perfect and works, just not very strong.

You broke one of these with off-center flash holes, didn't you?
The workaround is to not reload questionable brass. But, if you did that like I did, this the solution. It is the original and is a good design if I hadn't over tightened it to try to punch through off center flash holes.
